Breathwork, Somatic work and energy work
Breathwork focuses on conscious and intentional control of breath for holistic purposes, including emotional and traumatic releases, personal growth, and relaxation. I also focus on optimising natural breathing patterns, to promote physical and mental health, performance and happiness. .
The energy healing that I practice is based on an Eastern belief that vital energy flows through your body. Through life events or traumatic experiences as well as sickness and injury, this energy can become trapped or stagnant. As a facilitator, I use a higher vibrational frequency to make an impression on your own intrinsic life force energy and activate it. Once activated, your energy can release tension and anxiety, promote physical and emotional recovery, ignite your creativity, and help you heal & grow.
Somatic work incorporates the use of gentle touch or placement of my hands just above your body – to help guide this energy in a way that leads to balance and healing. This therapy is used along with music that has a frequency designed to further activate your energy.
